Smoking rooms available upon request. Advance Deposit An advance deposit equal to one night's stay per room is required to confirm your reservation. A check must be received within 7 business days from the date the reservation is made. A Visa, MasterCard, or Discover charge will also be accepted for a deposit. Reservations are not confirmed until your deposit is received. A written confirmation will be sent to you when your deposit is received. The balance is due upon your arrival. Cancellation/Refunds Deposits, less a $10 cancellation fee, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the date of your arrival. Otherwise a refund of your deposit will only be made if we are able to re-rent the room(s) for the time you have reserved. Payment in full is due upon arrival. In the event of a change in plans upon or after your arrival, you will be responsible for the entire reservation if we are unable to re-rent your room(s).
